By enrolling in classes at Sewista Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Class Enrollment

Classes are open to students ages 7 and up unless otherwise specified.
Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment.
Class sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction.
Materials are included unless otherwise noted.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
Class fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
If a class is canceled, you will receive a refund or credit for a future class.

Safety and Conduct

Students must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
Appropriate behavior is expected from all students. We reserve the right to dismiss students whose behavior disrupts the class.
Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information.

Liability Waiver

By enrolling, you acknowledge that sewing involves the use of sharp tools and equipment. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, you agree to release Sewista Studio from liability for any injuries that may occur during class participation.

Intellectual Property

All class content, patterns, and curriculum are the property of Sewista Studio and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
