Missed Classes

If your child misses a class for any reason, we are happy to offer makeup sessions within the current session, subject to availability. View the current class schedule and notify us in advance when possible so we can help arrange a makeup time.

Studio-Cancelled Classes

If Sewista Studio cancels a class due to instructor's absence or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the class within the current session whenever possible.

Weather-Related Cancellations

During hurricane season or in the event of severe weather, classes may be canceled to ensure the safety of our students and staff. We will do our best to reschedule missed classes within the current session or add extra makeup classes at the end of the session, depending on availability.

Due to the unpredictable and sometimes extended nature of hurricane seasons in Florida, it may not always be possible to make up every missed class. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

Cancellation Notice

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if your child will miss a class. This helps us plan appropriately and potentially offer the spot to another student.

Refunds

Class fees are non-refundable. However, we will work with families to accommodate make-up classes whenever possible within the guidelines above. See our full terms of service for complete enrollment policies.
