How Enrollment and Billing Work
The after-school program runs annually from August 31, 2026 through May 27, 2027 at one flat monthly rate, billed September through May. Here is what to know about makeups and enrollment:
Registration fee. A one-time registration fee of $50.
Makeups. Up to 3 makeup classes per school year are available for illness-related absences. They must be scheduled in advance, used within 30 days, and are subject to availability.
Withdrawing. We ask for 30 days written notice by email, with one full month of tuition owed after notice. Tuition reserves your child’s spot, so we cannot offer refunds or credits for missed classes.
Re-enrollment. A $50 fee applies if there is a gap of 2 or more months.

Billed September through May. The rate stays the same year-round, with holidays already built into the annual schedule.
